Our low-pressure injection system utilizes low viscosity, long pot life resins and individual capsules, each of which allow for injection to continue at each port for 2 to 3 or even longer depending upon temperature. Though a bond may not be available due to contamination from oil or other substances, injection is nevertheless reduced to an impenetrable seam.
This can indicate several situations:• Depress the metal tab on the head of the E-Z-Click fitting and remove it from the port.
For narrow cracks it may be necessary to increase the pressure gradually until the epoxy begins to flow. Wire brushing and vacuuming the crack surface along the crack is often sufficient for surface preparation. Surface ports, aka plastic tubing ports, are glued on the surface over the open cracks using SealBoss epoxy paste adhesive.

Prior to doing any injection it is necessary to determine the cause of the crack.
Introduce water into the port and continue to inject.
